Christopher Snider is President and Owner of Aspire Management and is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland. Over his 24 year career Chris has worked in small, mid-market, and large businesses, both public and private. He has held positions in finance, operations, sales and marketing, M&A, and most recently CEO. He has a proven track record of growth. Over the last 9 years he has held VP, SVP and CEO roles with privately held companies that have doubled to more than tripled sales over a 1-3 year period. 

He also understands the challenges of ownership transition. Chris was an executive on the team that that tripled the sales of a private family business over three years and sold the company to large professional buyer. He has also been involved with four mergers and acquisitions.

Chris understands owners and buyers want someone with experience and connections. “Ultimately they want someone they can trust to handle their affairs responsibly and a company that has the processes, technology and relationships in place to make things happen for them.”
