Chris has an extensive track record of helping public and private businesses with growth and value creation. He is a former C-level corporate executive and now a seasoned business operator and owner having started three businesses and involved as an owner, advisor or board member of four others. He has been involved in the acquisition or sale of over 20 companies.
In 2009 Chris became one of only 110 professionals in the United States who have earned the distinguished Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation by the Exit Planning Institute. He has since been named to the Board of Governors and is spearheading the development of local chapters across the United States.

Andy is a CPA with twenty years of accounting, managerial, turn-around and transaction experience. Andy joined Aspire to lead the development and a roll out of a national practice.
In addition to his role at Aspire Management, Andy is a Partner with Drakkar Ventures (a venture capital company), where he specializes in strategic planning, financial modeling and performance improvement.
Andy received an accounting degree from St. Joseph’s College (Indiana) and earned his MBA at the University of Notre Dame. He has invested in and owned multiple businesses.

Bill is the Managing Director of Aspire Management’s Chicago office. He has more than 25 years experience in the Institutional Equity industry and joined Aspire to work with business owners in the heart of the Midwest and to advance Aspire’s national growth plans.
Prior to joining Aspire Management, Bill was as an Institutional Equity Research Analyst for several national Wall Street security brokers and investment banking firms; most recently Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP. He has analyzed more than a thousand companies in a variety of business sectors including technology, health care and banking.

Scott is an Associate at Aspire Management with a concentration on business development, marketing and financial analysis. Scott started his first business at the age of 18 which he operated for six years and successfully sold in 2010 to join Aspire Management.
Scott holds a state of Ohio Real Estate license. In addition to his responsibilities at Aspire Management he manages two commercial properties in the Cleveland area. He is a recognized young entrepreneur being featured in the Plain Dealer’s “My Biggest Mistake” and has been published in “Properties Magazine” and other trade publications.
Scott is very active in the community. He sat on the Charter Review Commission for the City of Olmsted Falls and volunteers with the St. Edward High School Entrepreneurship Program. Scott is a graduate of St. Edward High School and attended The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute.

Jackie is an Associate at Aspire Management and performs in-depth analysis and interpretation of company financials which are used to perform business valuations and diagnostics. She is also responsible for the creation and measurement of marketing efforts for Aspire Management and their clients. Jackie also manages the office and maintains client relationships.
Jackie is in her third year at Cleveland Marshall College of Law, where she attends part-time as an evening student. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University with a double major in marketing and logistics.
